As the year only really got started in New Zealand in late March, S A Partners NZ has a lot to be thankful for, but as the saying goes, the harder you work, the luckier you get! With thanks to the NZ team, and again a nod to their hard work we have the following results to celebrate.
Lean Leadership Workshops – we ran five public events in 2015, with over 100 participants from a cross section of organisations. The highlight was in September when Shingo Prize winner Professor Peter Hines led this workshop during his visit to NZ.
S A Partners (LCS 1a) Lean Awareness Seminars – we ran a grand total of eighteen of the LERC accredited training seminars with over 235 participants.
S A Partners (LCS 1b) Lean Practitioner Certification – four cohorts of Practitioners successfully completed the first stage of their LERC certification and almost 60 participants are now putting their knowledge in to practice by working on their “learn by doing” projects.
S A Partners (LCS 2a) Lean Coach Certification – a small but important start with 8 initial Lean Practitioners registering for Lean Coach level as part of their professional development as business improvement experts. This cohort are the first ever group to enroll in this program in NZ and will be putting in the hard yards through 2016 with their “learn by doing” projects, and making a real difference in the businesses they represent.

The day was a great success with over 75 delegates sharing experiences and hearing from some excellent speakers.
So all in all, not a bad start for the NZ team and S A Partners are looking forward to bringing the very best in training and certification to NZ’s business improvement community and operations across all sectors.
