For those in the know, Total Productive Maintenance not only improves your maintenance systems, Customer Service and Service Quality, it also is a powerful approach in improving your Sustainability, through detailed analysis of the 6 big losses.
This particular client are heavy users of utilities which in turn is a significant cost to their business. So with Chris being a bit of a guru on lean & green ran the event at Gemba so the team could learn first hand how to apply these principles.
With a green impact matrix and a big picture map in place with a number of sustainability projects identified, the team are now moving to develop their A3’s to develop some energy saving implementation projects.
