For me this was no change, but for those who were not quite as public spirited, this resulted in an uproar and to be honest, some scruffy looking verges around here.
Of course Len Brown has had a few other issues on his agenda of late, but come on Len, maybe that story was just to through us ratepayers off the real scandal “Bermsgate!”
