Of course it’s a great place to take a break, relax and also do some sight seeing, however Singapore itself has a certain hum and culture of it’s own.
I have visited many companies with a positive can do cultures, but with Singapore, it seems the whole nation joins in the power of a positive culture.
One great example is the continuous upgrade of their Mass Rapid Transport (SMRT) system which moves people with remarkable efficiency throughout the city and suburbs.
The poster is one of a series entitled “Your Journey Matters” and is a combination of a bio of Koh Heng Quan, Assistant Engineer, Track Infrastructure and his commitment:
“I work at night to replace worn out wooden sleepers that support train tracks with new concrete ones that will give passengers smoother train rides. My team and I are changing out some 188,000 wooden sleepers. We finished the North – South line in 2015 and aim to complete the East – West line in early 2017”
It also includes a customer bio Yusma Yusoff & son – Choa Chu Kang residents. Their response is a thanks for the commitment – Nice!
