One of the challenges for improvement professionals in New Zealand is staying connected — finding peers who “get it,” who understand the daily realities of leading change, and who can share what’s really working in their organisations.
That’s why I’m excited about the Enterprise Excellence Group Community, a professional network designed to bring together people passionate about improvement, leadership, and enterprise excellence. Founded by Brad Jeavons and his team in Australia, the Community has grown into a collaborative space for practitioners who want to learn, share, and be inspired.
Members gain access to:
- Regular live sessions with industry leaders and practitioners
- Case studies from award-winning organisations
- Learning resources and toolkits to strengthen capability
- A supportive peer network to connect with improvement professionals across sectors
I see real potential for this kind of connected learning and collaboration to thrive here in New Zealand. Our improvement community is diverse — spanning manufacturing, services, local government, and the public sector — yet we often operate in isolation.
By extending the Enterprise Excellence Community into the New Zealand context, we can build a stronger voice for improvement, grow capability across industries, and make it easier for professionals to stay current and inspired.
If you’re a CI leader, Lean practitioner, or simply passionate about continuous improvement, take a look at the community offering here:
