One of the great things about those on the Lean journey is their willing to learn and share their stories with others.

Back in the middle of October, the team at Manurewa Pools and Leisure hosted a group of “Lean Kiwi’s” on a 3 hour bench marking tour of their facility and to hear their story to date.

With fourteen participants from a range of different industries and service organisations  there were some good discussions on the importance of leadership and behaviors in achieving long term sustainable lean transformation

“My colleagues and myself enjoyed the visit, it was really good to see the enthusiasm, teamwork and CI applied outside manufacturing as well.”
